Students taking Engineering Physics (ENPH) 253 in 2020 competed virtually in the program's annual robotics competition due to COVID-19.

The objective - amongst a team, to design a robot that could locate and recycle aluminum cans autonomously.

​

Due to the nature of this virtual competition, each student had to be fully engaged in their robot's physical build, i.e., individually construct their robot's chassis and circuitry.
